Cute, rustic one-bedroom cliffside cottage with kitchen, private bathroom (tub + shower), living room, and deck overlooking the gorgeous bay and mountains on nearby Vancouver Island. We offer free Wi-Fi (Starlink), parking, housekeeping on request, and rollaway cot beds, if needed. ‘Yalis (also known as Alert Bay on Cormorant Island) is the home of the ‘Namgis First Nation of the Kwakwaka’wakw at the north-eastern tip of Vancouver Island. It is a 40-minute small ferry ride from Port McNeill. Owners run the restaurant down the hill, Gordie’s Restaurant & Lounge, open 7 days a week. Come stay with us and experience the rich culture and beauty that our village has to offer. This rental is pet friendly for small to medium dogs. Children are welcome.
